The Chamber offers a competitive voluntary dental health insurance benefit program through Dental Pay Plus. Plan information can be emailed including an information flyer, rate sheet, provider directory, and application form. For enrollment information, please email or call the Chamber at (585) 786-0307.
Due to the changes in the health insurance industry as a result of the Affordable Care Act, the Chamber is no longer able to offer health insurance as in the past. The Chamber would be happy to provide you with a list of Chamber member insurance brokers who specialize in small business health insurance needs.
